Helps me to sleep
The taste is subtle and not unpleasant. I do have a lot of problems both getting to sleep & staying asleep. These tea bags don't completely work for me so I take a further Valerian Root tablet with my Valerian tea bag & most nights that works for me so I enjoy a reasonable sleep. Unfortunately, Valerian doesn't always work so if I could find a stronger tea bag I would probably buy that instead. I do think it is quite pricey for 15 tea bags, however I enjoy the drink at night time so I will be buying a 2nd box.

I though I was getting the organice version
I am a big fan of Dr Stuart teas and was sad to find it harder and harder to get in shops. Still, I am pleased to find them on Amazon. This Valerian + seemed different as stated on the box it was organic, thus a slightly more expensive price I was willing to pay. To my surprise, I got the same box as usual. The Asterixes against ingredients indicate "Highest Quality", not Organic.

Nice
Yeah, this (coupled with 50mg of promethazine hydrochloride) does the job well I put agave nectar in it to sweeten it I used to drink chamomile tea, but this is better

Valarian Tea really works
this tea was introduced to me from a friend from London, and it is a very good nite time tea that relaxes you and helps you fall asleep very fast:) it has a very mild taste and goes well with lemon. However, my favorite sleep time tea is Clipper's "Organic Sleep Easy Infusion" which tastes incredible but I can't get it here in the states and Amazon.UK wont deliver to here for some reason. If it can, please let me know. But the DR. Stuart's Teas are great!
