I replaced it with another slightly cheaper but similar model to this from another seller on Amazon, it had a metal cartridge holder so I assumed would be as good as my last one. The quality wasn’t great though, and after only four uses to make drinks at a party, it broke after getting cross threaded and completely stuck.Luckily Amazon accepted the return and refunded me, so I decided to pay the few extra pounds and get this one.Certainly impressed with the quality, feels substantial and well made but good to see a plastic holder and nozzles, so less likely to get damaged by cross threading.I’ve used it a few times as a test and seems to work well, I made some whipped cream which I normally do as my girlfriend loves to bake. I also use it to make cocktails as it speeds up the process of infusing stuff like orange or vanilla into vodka.So far, so good.
