Bought a few times now. Good quality ingredients, easy to swallow small pills (gel capsules), tastes ok and seems to help my skin

Delivered in time, well packaged, properly sealed. About the product itself: it is hard to say objectively, as it is very individual. What works for one, does not work for the other. I use primrose capsules for a while now, and believe they help with my PMS and premenstrual symptoms. However, it is hard to say for sure, as I use other supplements alongside primrose oil.
