Is it Dishwasher safe?

the lid - no Bottom holding all foodstuff part, inside is aluminium. Yes. But it is easy to wash as it is similar to pans with the easy to clean coating. Even after school, just soak the whole pot in the sink, go for a drink, then wash it within 1 min. ^_^

This thermo jar can keep how long the hours for hot and cold water?

Not sure about cold water but I use it with soup and it keeps it hot for 6 hours. ( from morning to lunch)
