Question 1

I received my bottle this days and no seal and the label look like a copy from other. Are this bottle are supose to have a seal?

Accepted Answer

Hi there - thanks for asking! Thayers Facial Toners should come with a seal under the red cap. To ensure you are purchasing a genuine Thayers item make sure the seller says “Shipped and Sold by Amazon.” If you purchase from a third-party seller make sure their seller rating is admirable and their reviews are positive. Never use a product that's tamper-proof seal has been compromised. All this being said, please contact us at info@thayers.com or call us at 1-888-THAYER-1 (1-888-842-9371) so we can better understand where this specific issue occurred and improve your experience!

Question 2

Can I put this in a spray bottle and use it as face mist?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! I get 2oz amber glass spray bottles and put all the (Rose, Lavender, Cucumber) Toners in them. That way I have the Thayer’s bottles to use with cotton rounds when I’m using it to cleanse my face just as a refresher, and spray it on as a Toner after washing. Works perfectly! No need to buy “different delivery systems” of the same product. ;)

Question 3

This contains Methylparaben???

Accepted Answer

Hi there - thanks for your question! There is no Methylparaben in our Rose Petal Facial Toner. Here are the most up to date ingredients taken from our website!
Ingredients; Purified Water, Glycerin, Certified Organic Witch Hazel Ext Blend (Hamamelis Virginiana Extract (Witch Hazel*), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Filet of Aloe Vera*)), Phenoxyethanol, Rosa Centifolia (Rose) Flower Water, Fragrance (Natural Rose), Citric Acid, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract
*Denotes Certified Organic Ingredients

Question 4

Whats the difference bet this old package and the new? Is it the same product?

Accepted Answer

The old packaging does NOT contain Phenoxyethanol and the new packaging does. This is disappointing because it is difficult to find beauty products without it (it's a preservative). I happen to have allergic reactions to it. so sad they changed it :(
