A really, really good product.
I ordered this for my R53 mini and must admit that, after 24 hours, I'm quite impressed. It's a subtle but effective change to the front of the car that I like. I haven't hit anything with it but I am slightly more wary over speed bumps today. At some point I will end up forgetting about them and hit one so the proof will be in how it weathers the impact. As for the application, the box says that you should clean the area with Isopropyl Alcohol first. I used industrial hand wipes and it worked fine. It also states that you shouldn't install the item in temperatures lower than 21 degrees C. In the UK that basically means that you should save it till the last three days in July. Being an impatient kind of guy, I used a hairdryer to warm the adhesive. Take your time when installing it and make sure to study the lines of the area you are installing it to. Measure twice, fit once. Other than that, it's a really good product that I am now considering using on the side skirts.

Excellent product
Excellent product. I have a 2013 Ibiza cupra, which the lip conformed to easily. The 3m adhesive tape is already great, but for added security I put a few self tappers in as well, particularly in the corners and where the bumper curves at each side. So pleased with the result I then got one for my dad's exeo. Highly recommended.

I recommend you also use screws
I added the lip to my Saab 93. The product serves its 2 main purposes perfectly. It is stylish and it protects the bumper without it becoming damaged itself. However, the adhesive is not up the task, especially in hot countries. I'm in Cyprus. This is an easy fix. Simply compliment the adhesive with a few screws, especially on the edges. I would recommend you use thin screws with wide rubber washers (to minimize any damage) and a bolt on the other side. I've done this and have been driving the car for a few days through various types of terrain and I've had no issues.

Not impressed! Looks good for all of about 2 days then the adhesive wore off and it fell off

The adhesion did not stick to car even though car was completely dry and wiped down of dirt not happy at all would appreciate a refund
