Sturdy glasses case.

Nice pouch, well-enough made, but calling it semi-rigid is an overstatement. It's soft and provides zero protection from external force. It should suffice to protect from scratches and falls.

Not as small and snug (and nicely formed) as a previous pair found in a regular US store but stiff enough and light enough and do a decent job holding on a belt loop say, and protecting against accidental sitting on one side of (if you're not a heavier person). I'm not sure these would protect against you landing right on top of them while sitting down, but thats not where they would ever end up for me. The wider side is stiffened with - lets guess plastic, behind the material, and the inside is soft and not likely to scratch your lenses (even plastic ones).

My bolle sunglasses case was the worse for wear so this was a replacement. It’s a perfect fit.

I brought the case to protect my Bolle safety glasses when not being used and for that purpose the case functions perfectly. I normally have the case and glasses stored in my toolbox, which is subject to normal movement in transit but not in the same league as a spin setting on a washing machine. In that respect the case has held up well and the glasses are still in good nick. However the case is not "hard" so if you intend on throwing this around or landing (sitting on them) on them don't expect the case or glasses to survive in the long term. If you want something along those lines you'll need a metal case.
