Moisturising Cream 500g for Dry, Itchy & Sensitive Skin, Emollient

I’ve tried so many creams for my dry, irritated skin, and nothing beats E45. This is a really effective moisturising cream for dry and sensitive skin. It absorbs well, doesn’t have an overpowering fragrance and leaves the skin feeling noticeably softer without causing irritation. The pump bottle is convenient and the 500g size lasts a long time, making it good value for everyday use. I would happily buy it again.

4 Bottles arrived safely and one had been pushed down, so all my skin product was all over the box, and very sticky. Beautiful cream and very easy to use, good product not to Scented either, very easy to use.

Used this daily for the past 20 years on the advice of a military doctor. My face always feels tight and taught after getting out of the shower so this has been my essential ever since. Absolute life saver.

the lid doesn’t work and doesn’t dispense the cream

Like the Emollient Wash, the E45 cream has rave reviews for those suffering from severe dry skin and Eczema. Also like the Wash, it is a UK-made product and not available here, as far as I have searched.The cream is pretty much liquid paraffin, which is wax, and while it is soothing and excellent and fragrance-free, you can tell it has a very light, waxy feel to it. It's NOT greasy, just lightly waxy. It doesn't make me shine, either. I think it's absolutely brilliant, because it holds moisture in the skin really well. The front of the bottle says, " White Soft Paraffin", "Light Liquid Paraffin", and "Anhydrous Lanolin (Medilan)".Before I had to resort to Crisco (believe it or not) and petroleum jelly to forcibly hold moisture in my facial problem areas, which are the corners of my mouth, my chin, cheek areas and around the folds of my nose, which worked great, but very shiny and greasy too, which often caused pore-clogging as a side effect.The E45 cream is recommended for "soothing, dry, itching, flaking, chapped, rough and calloused skin, sunburn and detergent hands", according to the wording on the bottle. Also on the bottle's label: "also for more serious dry skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, ichthyosis and certain dry cases of psoriasis". Can be used for everyone, including babies unless there's an allergy to the contents.The bottle is huge, it will last quite a while. 500g equals 17.6 oz.Also, this ships from the UK and will take a while (weeks) to arrive. Heads-up to you -to me, it was well-worth it.

All so strange. Container is unusual. Scent was to be eucalyptus but no scent. does not feel like most lotions. kind of loose and lumps. Feels wonderful on my skin, taking a while to be smoothed into skin. It is all so strange yet i like it. Not sure would order again but will know when close to finishing.Addendum: Update: Best body cream ever, in my humble opinion. Makes my skin feel like silk. I will be getting this again, regularly.
