How does this product differ from the b complex supplement? i do not know about the mthfr but the normal b complex supplement always makes me nautious

Hello,The main differences between these two products are: the HomocysteX Plus contains significantly higher amounts of the L-5-MTHF and the vitamin B12 compared to the B Complex Plus. HomocysteX Plus contains TMG, while the B Complex Plus does not. The B Complex Plus, however, contains a complete, well-rounded B vitamin complex. The HomocysteX Plus contains only four of the B's: riboflavin, B6, B12, and L-5-MTHF. The product you choose will depend on your goals and nutritional requirements for the various B vitamins. Has anyone suffering from undermethylation tried this? What was your experience?

Yes, I have undermethylation. I open the capsule and only use a 1/4 thereof in my morning smoothie. Easy to close and use again.

any reason magnesium/zinc weren't included?
