how quick do these paints dry - or are they slow drying? many thanks

Just like all acrylics. Dry fairly fast but ok if you use a stay wet palette. Also can use flow improver. Nice paints

is this paint non toxic

no, most of the acrylic paintings are non toxic any I used this brand for more than 20 years. But some of them contains heavy metals like cadmium and cobalt.so it is safe for adults even if some of them stacked on your hand just wash it. NOT SAFE FOR CHILDERN TO USE IT OR EAT IT.

Can i use on terracotta pots so paints will be exposed to weathering?

Terracotta is porous. Any paint will eventually peel. Galleria will be as good if not better than any other paint.
