**Q: How many files can it hold? I need a filing box that will hold a lot of files.**
A: 100 files if not too full.  boxes do not stack atop one another. too flimsy.

**Q: What is the height, assembled with the lid on top?**
A: 11” in height

**Q: What are the best hanging file folder to use? What size?**
A: I used regular letter size hanging files.

**Q: Can you recommend exactly which folders work well with this box? bc the pendaflex ones k bought do not hang well, they are not quite wide enough**
A: If you notice, there are no tabs present in the pictures of these file boxes.  If you use tab folders the box is not deep enough and there's not enough clearance. The tabs get bent over.

I don't know about "stack-ability" of this box. Well, I mean you CAN - but it bunches up in a visually unpleasing bulge kind of way. That being said - I DO LIKE the color/fabric material (with trim and chrome handle) - especially under the right lighting - VERY nice. For me VERY SUITABLE for a location where you would need to keep a file box - but you don't want the eyesore of a stained white bankers box/or generic plastic box (if that makes sense?). Mental calmness engaged ... Basic function met... maybe you feel the same way? (I will probably buy another one)
