Excellent for styling curly hair.

I’d never heard of a Denman brush, why would I, I’m a curly girl with 3b/3c thick, high porosity fizzy hair….I’ve never owned a brush in my adult years and I’m 51 now 😂. I follow “Manes by Mell” on YouTube and she raves about these brushes, so I bought one after watching many of her videos. Mell used it after shampooing and conditioning hair and rinsing it out, but after putting your products in, to evenly distribute the products through the hair and for additional curl definition. Well this has changed my routine and battles forever this brush. Who’d have thought. You can teach an old dog new tricks.I wash my hair now, wrap in a micro towel (another life changer for curly girls) so it’s damp, then my regime is to use a leave-in conditioner, then scrunch in a curl cream, then finish up with a gel using praying hands method. Then brush through your hair in small sections (best to watch Manes by Mell) to distribute products evenly, and wow what a result. My curls are way more defined now. The secret is brush it through when hair quite wet, then don’t touch it at all, air dry hair for best defined curls. Really works for me.Because of the thickness of my hair I find the bristles on this brush are too close together and rip at my hair a bit, so I picked up another tip watching Mell, which is to remove the rubber brush bristles section off the main body of the brush, then you can easily peel out a row of bristles. I’ve taken out every other row on mine. It’s perfect now I’ve tailored it to me and my hair. It’s now easier to get the brush through.I’ve been impressed with my first ever hairbrush in adulthood 😆. I’d never ever brush my hair when it’s dry (big massive no no for curlies), but it’s perfect for combing through wet hair to get the knots out with conditioner in the shower, or for doing the brushing through of products and to get added curl definition. I’m chuffed to bits. Hope you find my pics useful.

Great brush - good quality - lovely to use

I'm a bloke. I'm 72 and have a full head of thick hair. Lucky, huh? Back in the early 1970's, like most blokes, I had long hair. That's when I started using Denman brushes. Good to look at, quality build, strong, comfortable to use and they got the job done.I've got a 3-2-1-0 hipster skin fade now. Just as perfect for short cuts as when it was halfway down my shoulder blades.Wouldn't use any other brand. They are just as well made now, as they were half a century ago. How many products can say that?

Good quality hair brush. Compatibile to brush thick hair. Brush is a good size for storage in dressing table.

Can you really beat a denman hair brush? Absolutely love these brushes, I never get any frizz and my hair is always shiney! Does not tangle in my hair and works in the shower and out with no issues or getting filled with water! , can take a good bit of heat as I brush while I dry too!

Not sure there is much to say, as this brush is already famous for wet styling. As you’d expect, it’s a great product, the versatility is awesome - you can pull out rows of teeth depending on the result you want, and you can use it in various ways to style your curly hair. I love the lavender and pink color too, I find it nicer than the classic black and red.The only thing to note is that it’s really really difficult to put the rubber part back in if you take it out to remove rows of teeth or deep clean the brush

Embora tive um pequeno problema com a entrega que embora acredite seja devido a pandemia o produto chegou bem embalado com a embalagem original,lacrado e sem nenhum defeito aparente. Sua funcionalidade é excelente, pois facilita na hora de finalizar o cabelo, deixando as fitas bem separadas, deixando os cachos bem definidos, boa aquisição pois o material parece ser bem resistente.

Szczotka jest fajna, bo można ją łatwo umyć czy zmniejszyć ilość igieł. Jednak ja nie umiem używać jej tak aby osiągnąć cel do którego ją kupiłam, czyli do podkręcania skrętu. Może jeszcze to opanuje. Według mnie ma też trochę krótką rączkę i trudno mi się nią manipuluje.
