Longtime buyer for stomach - always pleased
I bought these for the first time years ago and have been a repeat buyer ever since. They’re great for settling the stomach in a natural way. I take anywhere between 1-3 a day. Upset stomach? One of these and a peppermint tea and there’s a good chance you’ll feel at least somewhat improved.

My go too turmeric supplement
Great product which is potent and absorb well. I particularly like the addition of bromelain for supporting the body. Have tried many other turmeric supplements and mixes but this is the in for me and I highly recommend.

They do the job, but are chalky and very hard to swallow.
I didn't expect these to do anything but thought they were worth a try. But I've noticed a big reduction in pain and swelling which I'm very pleased with. However, they are awful to swallow. I have no issue taking tablets, and take some which are twice the size of these without any problems, but these are almost impossible to swallow without them sticking. It's not the size, they're not that big, it's the texture. It's like trying to swallow powdery chalk. They have little or no coating and they stick to the tongue and throat. I snap them in half to make it easier but they still get stuck. I use plenty of water, and take several pills at the same time, but these I have to take in individual halves, even then I have choked on them a couple of times. I wish they'd coat them. As it is I find them to be a choking hazard. I want to continue using them for the pain relief benefits but I'm not sure I can. I do recommend them for pain relief, but beware, especially if you have issues swallowing pills.

Feeling optimistic about improvement
I'm not a fan of taking supplements but decided to give these a try after reading the reviews. I have arthritis in both proximal thumb joints and my right hip joint. After taking the supplement for almost a month I'm aware that the mobility of the thumb joints is improving and the pain and swelling is a bit less than it was. I'm also feeling a little less niggling from my hip joint but it is still early days. The tablets are quite large and I find it best to break them in half, though that releases a bit more of the ginger taste which I like but may not appeal to other users. I also find it easier to take them with kefir as the thicker liquid tends to make them easier to swallow. This could be a solution for some folk who report difficulty swallowing them but would not be suitable for vegan users (though the tablets are OK for vegans!) unless they could find a non-dairy version. Yoghurt may also be a possibility to aid swallowing the tablets.I've ordered another four months supply so will hopefully be able to add a positive update to my review later this year.

Bad Reviews: Aggregated
Here is a summary of what the bad reviews concern:They are difficult to swallow: I see this comment on a lot of supplements, but these are legitimately more difficult to swallow. Firstly, they are the height of a 20p coin (photo attached). Secondly, they have a somewhat coarse texture that prevents them from easily sliding. While they've not got stuck in my throat, they've gone down slowly on several occasions...They burn or cause discomfort: I haven't been in any real 'pain' from these tablets, but I've had them get semi-lodged on a couple of occasions and they do cause a mild burning sensation in the back of your throat.Do not work as an anti-inflamatory: Most of the studies using these spices as a medical treatment supply it in concentrated forms many times higher than what is available from these tablets. It contains magnesium stearate: Allegedly prevents the absorption of minerals by the body. They upset my stomach or give me gas: They don't upset my stomach, not to extent that an Indian curry does in the morning for example. But they can cause some minor irritation.Taste Horrible: They mainly taste like ginger and turmeric. To me, they taste exactly as I was expecting. They're powerful spices, but I wouldn't say these tablets taste badly as such.Overall I think these tablets are okay though due to the difficulty I have swallowing them, I'm not sure that I would buy another bottle.

5 Stars for a great product, more product details to follow in a few months.....
Having spent the last 22 years in quite a difficult and physically testing job my body has taken quite a beating. I suffer from osteoarthritis in my foot, ankle, lower back including bone damage etc. I have literally spent months reading and talking to various people with similar conditions and they all recommend these supplements. The feedback that this product has received has made quite a large impact and allowed me to make an informed decision on my purchase, I have also added this to my Amazon Prime subscribe and save, this makes the product quite a bit cheaper. The tablets are the usual, easy to swallow, oval shaped and solid ones, which is a benefit to me. There is quite a distinct smell of Ginger without the taste and tingle that comes from it.I am very excited about what I have heard and read regarding this supplement and feel that they may aid in my symptoms.5 Stars for a great product, more to follow in a few months.....
