Good, have used many times before for Sjogrens Syndrome, dry mouth.

Quite good
I used to have to get up several times during the night to get a drink, my mouth was so dry, sometimes as much as six times. Since using this my mouth feels more lubricated and I only need a drink once or twice. I have always drank a lot, but the constant dryness is not there any more during the day and I have more saliva. I also use Biotin toothpaste in the morning and before I go to bed. However both these products are way overpriced and neither is perfect.

Worth a try but not for me.
This xylitol based gel helped but have tried dry mouth sprays and would choose one those next time.

I've found nothing as good for dry mouth
Why is this product so hard to find in Europe? It is absolutely essential for me due to severe dry mouth at night. I haven't found any pharmacia/apotheke in Italy, Germany or Austria that carries it. No other product works as well; not even close. I'm really glad I can find it on Amazon, but it's a lot more expensive than in the USA, like SO MANY THINGS.

I use this for dry mouth and it works perfectly. I don't love the berry flavour or the price, but will continue to buy it because it's the only product that works so well.
