Really did the business on my 33 year old PS system. Steering became heavy & notchy on direction change (possible sticky/partially blocked valve body?) so flushed the system out, added new fluid then poured in this additive. Smooth, quiet operation within 10 mins, with more steering assistance in the 12-years I've had the car. Worked a treat for me!

I had major issues with my automatic. I read several forums and bought this. You add it then drive around then drain it. It has made my auto box run really smooth. Very impressive and saved my thousands on. A reconciliation auto box.

Useful fluid for car maintenance. Have used it once but probably need to use it again to get the desired benefit. Hence, not a 5 star at the moment. Will update if this product delivers results as claimed.

Used this to referb a power steering pump that kept overflowing. Simply followed instructions and then pulled all fluid out with a syringe. Refilled with fresh power steering fluid and all is good now. A refreshing change to find a product that really did do what it said on the tin.

I had intermittent heavy steering. After period or flushing buy removing old fluid and adding dextron 2 as required still wasn’t great it would come and go. So tried lucas pas fluid kept doing it over long period of time removing and adding fresh oild and it was bit better but still would randomly get heavy. In last ditch attempt i thought id try this seafoam having used there other products. I added just 175ml as stated and its lot thinner i had been thinking the thicker licas would be better for worn pumps but the car only done 40k but was 32 year old. Any i had in mind might of been sticky valve or something. I so happy to report since adding this few days ago the steering is light all the time and seems to of worked wonders! So very very happy i tried this!!! I was thinking need new pump or steering rack or something. My car is 1992 Mitsubishi Sigma with 4 wheel steering so was a worry what could actually be wrong on system. Thank you seafoam.

Instantly quietened down my power steering pump. Before putting this in, it was extremely loud

Flushed my power steering with this. syphoned out the chamber a couple of times and refilled over a period of a week before replacing with new fluid. now the steering is not binding and like new. the old fluid was sludge-like.

Ordered this to try and "clean up and free up stuck/dirty solenoids" in a BMW transmission. Added this to the transmission and drove it around the neighborhood to get the fluid flowing. THIS STUFF WORKS!!! The transmission has 166k miles and fluid has never been changed. The transmission would not downshift when going up hills and would give a code for the solenoid. I bought this to clean up the transmission and free any stuck parts before doing a fluid change and this stuff did the job and then some. Transmission is shifting great and acts like a new transmission. Great value for a product that works.

I used the product with the aim of cleaning up my steering rack hydraulics. It made a slight improvement to the racks workability. It was my cheap option before choosing to replace the rack.

Used on two 13 year old vehicles. Power steering noise reduced and steering became free. Am changing the power steering oil after 200 kms of running. Will add a fresh batch of this oil to keep the system in shape.
