## Description

Epsom salt offers soothing baths and enriches soil. This 10kg set provides high-quality magnesium sulfate for personal care, gardening, and household use.

## Features

- ADD TO YOUR BATH AS PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE: Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) can be dissolved in warm bath water and is often used after a busy day or workout. Add approximately 250g – 1kg to your bath while it fills with warm water. Epsom Salt is a popular addition to bath time routines.
- ENRICHES SOIL TO MAKE HEALTHY, STRONG PLANTS: Magnesium is key to plant growth and Epsom Salt is full of it. To remedy, add 1-2 tablespoons to around 4.5 litres of water to increase magnesium levels in the soil. Epsom Salt has a lot of other uses in the garden, such as seed starting, foliage spray, as soil amendment for better drainage and to deter slugs. People swear by Epsom Salt to remedy magnesium deficiency in tomatoes, apples, grape vines, raspberries, roses and rhododendrons.
- FOR GENERAL HOUSEHOLD & PERSONAL CARE USE: Epsom Salt is used in many personal care and household applications. It can be added to DIY scrubs or used in foot soaks as part of regular routines. It may also be included in hair and skincare recipes such as masks or exfoliators when mixed with other ingredients like honey, oils, or clay.
- FCC GRADE QUALITY: These Epsom Salts are FCC certified, meaning they meet the standards for use as a food-grade material. If considering use for food or ingestion, ensure you follow appropriate guidance and check recommended usage levels.
- TRUSTED BRITISH COMPANY EST. 2009: Hexeal is a small and independent local UK business based in the quiet Norfolk countryside. We pride ourselves on safe, practical and high-quality products fit for home, personal, commercial and industrial use.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this come as fine salts or is it course?**
A: They are coarse. I bought them to put in my bath water. Even after pouring into very hot water they don't dissolve easily but I do feel that they are beneficial and help relax aching muscles. My husband used the same salts on the tomatoes in the green house with success (apparently if the leaves turn yellow they need Magnesium). Hope this helps.

**Q: Can this be used to make scented sizzles for burners ?**
A: I do not know how you make scented sizzles, but if that process uses food grade (i.e.) fairly pure magnesium sulphate then I would think this would be suitable.

**Q: Will it relieve restless legs.**
A: I have found soaking in a bath for at least 20 minutes before bed with two cups of Epsom salts has helped enormously with restless legs, muscle spasms and cramps and ensures a restful night's sleep. I hope that they help you too.

**Q: Are the bags durable?**
A: This company also do a 10kg in a large plastic tub - I recomment getting this the first time then keeping the tub and ordering the bags to refill. If you're planning on long-term use, anyway. Have never experienced a bag splitting or arriving damaged.
