We find it best to put the silicon onto the decreased rocker cover then let it go off for at least an hour then attach rocker cover to a greased head, this way we can remove multiple times without fuss of peeling and replacing silicon as it stays firmly adhered to rocker cover . If you glue it down to both the head and rocker cover degreased it will definitely seal well but won't come off in one piece next time . **Q: How long does it take to dry** A: Touch dry after about an hour, left it on for about 3 before I drove the car to be sure. **Q: Can this be used on a car water pump upto 20psi?
