The item was fine but not suitable for my needs, so returned the item. They received it on 3rd June but as yet (11 June) I have not received my refund. :(

All seem to have arrived in good health. I have not taking all mugs out the 2 x boxes to inspect each mug yet. Great little mugs for cafe use or work place being in the office or at home. They feel good as used this brand of mugs before. They are dishwasher friendly, we use them for work. Perfect for Tea, Coffee, Latte or Cappuccino. They do have a nice feel / weight to them. value for money, well yes

Nice mugs just the right size, go in the dishwasher no problem. They are a little thicker than l thought but still great.

I absolutely love these cups. They are not heavy . They are the perfect size and I love the shape. They go very nicely with my new white dinnerware which did not include cups.
