Is wearing a plastic wrap over the cream necessary?

Not necessary, but there are those who choose to wrap themselves for additional heat. Also, a non-plastic sweat belt or waist trainer works just fine, and some prefer it to the potentially-hazardous plastic.

Can a man use this product?

Yes! Anyone who is interested in a tighter appearance and slimmer-looking skin can use it. That said, keep out of reach of children, as it can get pretty hot.

Do I have to shower before putting this cream on?

It is highly recommended to apply the cream to clean and washed skin, but you can also wipe your skin clean using other methods, if a rinse is not possible.

Does this product have a strong scent?

Yes! The naturally-derived ingredients in this cream are very potent, so the product does have a rather strong scent. However, it dissipates quickly and should not interfere with your workout.

Can I use this cream if I have sensitive skin?

Absolutely! Our Hot Cream is specially formulated to be gentle on all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, as with any skincare product, it's essential to perform a patch test on a small area before widespread use.
