It is an excellent product and helpful for my eye health

Impossible to write a review a week after taking them. I am now six weeks in and I am noticing a difference. I am a 55 year old woman so any help is welcome! Took the full dose for a couple of weeks and now down to 2 per day. My hair is better; my dry eyes are so much better too. My nails have always been terrible but they have improved. My skin just looks brighter. I also seem to have so much more energy. I will continue with these - I just feel like a better me!

Have been using for years as after a pharmacist recommended them for menopause symptoms, wouldn’t use any others

Ive been taking these for about a month, i have just ordered my second box as reading the reviews they take a little while to notice a difference but they do seem to be working fingers crossed. Ive taken a star off the review because they do seem a little expensive, they went up £3 just in the month i was taking them i was a bit reluctant to reorder because of the price, its a shame they don't do any special offers on them if you bulk buy. ( theres an idea?)

This is an excellent product I use it to help with dry eyes that were very sore and painful, I personally take this supplement all the time and my eyes are no longer sore or painful, I have found something that really works for me and I am truly grateful for this amazing supplement thank you kind regards Deborah

Have only been taking it for a few weeks, but notice my hair is in a bit better condition. Other than that, I think I'll try it for a bit longer before making a full review. I didn't start on 4 a day (due to cost), but have been taking 2 capsules a day (I also take vitamin E capsules). Don't know if that makes a difference. Will buy another month's supply and hope that helps.
