I love the quality of ingredients in these multivitamins, the fact that they contain the active form of many vitamins including folate. After researching vitamins, these seemed like the best way to go. My kids (ages 2, 5, and 10) all eat these, and I haven't noticed any negative side effects. My only negative would be that they aren't quite as tasty as some of the other children's vitamins. My kids eat them, but they seem to prefer others in taste. I will still continue buying these.UPDATE:The formula has changed. We just opened our new bottle and the kids say they taste better. I noticed they are not as chalky as the old chewables and the ingredients are slightly different (k2 instead of k1, slightly more of some vitamins, folate is in the form of Quatrefolic and calcium folinate rather than Metafolin, xylitol rather than fructose). So far I am happy with the changes as my kids seem to enjoy it and the ingredients are still high quality, but less powder at the bottom and less sugar.(Pictured, New bottle is on the left, old bottle on the right)

I really like the ingredients in this multivitamin and with my swallowing difficulties I can't take any capsules so the chewables are perfect for me. This is a good quality product so I can't really say that it's too pricey for what you get. The only thing that's not the best is the taste, but I don't think it's possible to make chewable vitamins without the taste of the ingredients. All in all I love these vitamins and I continue to purchase these. It's my second bottle. Trust me I've tried many vitamins with my swallowing difficulties and these are the best I've found so far.

I am so happy to have found these! I have a double MTHFR mutation and have a cupboard full of vitamins I was taking daily and not seeing changes. I must have been missing the micro-nutrients because this is the only vitamin I have ever noticed any changes! My nails are growing and stronger and I have NEVER had any nail length as they would rip and break (sometimes painful) and were terribly thin. I have more energy and hair loss has subsided. The pills are large, but I expected that, and I think the taste is fine. I enjoy taking these as to swallowing a bunch of capsules. I sometimes split them up between meals. I cannot say enough about this company, and I will take these from here on out!

Bought for my kids, vitamin content is great, but they taste TERRIBLE! My - 6 and 8 year olds won't eat them! One kid ate one and then was "blech, yuck, I hate those!" The other ate half of one and threw the rest away. :( I tasted one and they are tart and strange tasting, not fruity like most other chewable vitamins. So disappointed since it had the vitamin content I was looking for! Hoping I can get a refund. Two stars bc of content.

This company produces supplements of great quality, but I'm not a huge fan of this chewable vitamin. It has all the right ingredients -- but the taste is very chalky and very odd. I have felt ill after taking them. The directions say to chew this with a meal, and I believe that helps. But I don't think I'll purchase this after they run out.

Seems to be a good vitamin with methylated B vitamins. Price was fair and shipping was fast.

I am homozygous for MTHFR. Although I do not believe I experience any symptoms from this, we are trying to get pregnant so therefore I want to make sure I get the correct form of folic acid that my body can absorb. To make things more complicated I cannot swallow pills so I look for anything that is chewable or liquid. I had high hopes for this product because the doctor who advertises for it seems to know his his stuff about MTHFR. The minute I started chewing this I felt nauseous and gagged. It is just really that bad. I found an alternative liquid vitamin called "Agape" from awaken nutrition which does not taste as bad although I do not know if it has the correct amounts for ttc women. I am hoping other liquid options will come out to serve the needs of my fellow non pill swallowers!

I'm so glad these vitamins are available and easy to purchase. This is the only chewable multivitamin with methylfolate I've found, great for my 3 kids who have MTHFR mutations. My kids are not able to swallow pills yet and I hate having to mix powder into their foods/drinks so this works great for us. One of the three complains about the taste (maybe its the texture, she prefers "gummies"), but will still take them, the other two love them and have no qualms. Because they can be somewhat picky eaters I like the reassurance of them taking a multi and am glad they are getting their methyl B's included. We've noticed when we run out of these for a few weeks my oldest starts complaining of stomaches and her mood is much grumpier; she seems to feel much better when she is getting regular methylfolate (just like her dad). We split up the dose for them, one in the morning, one at dinner. Thanks Seeking Health, we really appreciate this product!
