Estroven Complete + Ashwagandha Menopause Supplement for Women, 60 Count

Update - I had to add a fifth star. I've been taking this for about three weeks and it's been 7 days with zero hot flashes, zero night sweats. I take it after dinner and at night before bed I also take an evening primrose. I am currently perimenopause. Prior to taking this I felt like I was living in a nightmare where my soul was crossing new gates of hell with every hot flash. I'm shocked at the difference this made - for reference I usually respond well to supplements and always try something natural prior to prescription. Definitely recommend giving it a shot - good luck ladies! I started taking these about a week ago, for the last year I was having night sweats which were amazingly controlled with Evening Primrose. But in the last month or so I swung into full drenching hot flashes. Really uncomfortable especially in the heat of summer and I ordered these in a desperate attempt to curb them. I stopped taking the evening primrose and switched to these about ten days ago. The first few days I actually felt like they were helping however I felt like I drank about 8 pots of coffee. I'm not saying it was this I'm just saying not much else changed. After about five days I started having the night sweats again so I started the evening primrose up again. After about two days my hot flashes became much easier. They weren't drenching as much as they seemed to pass faster. Last night zero night sweats and I was actually able to get a full night's rest which I haven't in months. I'm not a Dr nor did I consult one but I am saying I think the two products combined are helping only in conjunction with each other. I take the estrogen with food only even though it says you don't need to and that helped with anxious moody feeling. I normally do not have to take stuff with food - just saying. I take the evening primrose at night before bed. My chat said take it with something fatty helps absorbtion so I get in the protein and eat a freaking cheese stick or some Greek yogurt just a few tablespoons and I'm going to stick with that because it seems to be working out. I'm using the one available on Amazon sports research. I will come back and update my review because I used them in my decision to purchase and I came back and read through them to see if anyone was reporting something similar - and any time we can help each other through this I want to. Really helped me get control over my hot flashes! If you have tried other products that didn't work, or if progesterone made you sick, please try this product. I noticed a difference in a couple of days, little by little. I knew it was helping after I ran out and the hot flashes became unbearable again. I hope it works for you as well as it did for me.

I usually wait to write review on supplements until I’ve completed a full month or package but I am so amazed! My symptoms came in like a wrecking ball!! I’ve only taken this for TWO DAYS and I already feel the difference! My husband commented this morning at how fast things started to shift. I’m much more comfortable in my skin. Definitely more mellow. My lover time is awake, although I’d only been experiencing minimal effects to my libido prior. Last night I had minor sweats and got more than 20-40 minute sleep increments. I’m really excited to see how my body responds after taking this for longer. I am going to change to taking it at bedtime just because I am feeling quite nauseous.

I’ve used Estroven for a while and heard things about ashwagandha, so decided to try this as a combo. I do feel like it gave me energy, helped me sleep better, and increased libido. I also noticed it has made my breasts full and tender, like extreme PMSing.

This stuff really works! I'm 48 and started having hot flashes, multiple times a day, and was unable to sleep throughout the night because I would wake up constantly and drenched in my own sweat. I also live in Florida, which made it worse because its already hot! I was miserable. So, I decided to talk to my doctor about my options. She suggested I start with this, so I decided to try them. Within a couple of days, I noticed I was having the hot flashes less, and when I did, they were so much more manageable. I was also able to sleep throughout the night without waking up countless times in a pool of my own sweat. Believe the hype and try them! You won't regret it.

I got these because I was having major issues with night sweats, to the point of not sleeping well, waking up and then not being able to go back to sleep. Reading the recent “craze” with Ashwagandha I figured they would help with mood swings as well. I mean they did ish, but not in a way I was comfortable with. -It came in well packaged and in perfect shape with no dents/chips or blemishes. -The print on the packaging is crisp and clearly done with no blurring or messed up spots. -The pills are fresh looking with no mold or discolored spots -There is no real taste or after taste. -I have not had any issues with them not staying fresh until all used. -As for effectiveness after a few weeks they definitely did reduce my nightsweats to maybe twice a week. And hot flashes are existent. -Now the Ashwagandha portion I thought I was a fan of as my mood was mellowed, if a bit much. But after trying a new different form (Estroven Complete) I realized how much it was muting my emotions both bad and good. Which yes I would get less frustrated easily but it was also harder to enjoy things I normally would. -Another side effect is it made me feel more “fuzzy” headed like the opposite of clear minded. -Also notice a major drop in “bedroom” activity desire when using this form. I mean if that isn’t important to you then I guess it's fine. -I did give it a year's trial and thought it was helping more than hindering but again after trying the Estroven Complete I can definitely say I would not choose this formula over others. I was hoping that the ill/undesired side effects would mellow out or get better as I got used to it but not so much. -At the current price of $26 for 60 count is a good deal (ish, if you are ok with the down sides) compared to other similar sized packages Overall I guess it does do what it claims if you don’t mind being an emotional zombie and having less bedroom desires. Personally though I am switching to the other form for more effective comfortable relief of listed systems.

Been buying Estroven at Costco, wanted to try this variety and was unable to find it locally. Appreciate this natural option for menopause support. Shipped fast and was affordable. Will update if I notice anything different from the basic variety at Costco.
