What‘s the difference between impact driver and drill in use？

It's not as heavy as a drill. It's smaller and gives off as much power when screwing and putting pilot holes in etc. All in all a nifty bit of kit

can i use socket adaptor to loosen tight bolts on car body , only a odd time,i know they do one with a socket drive head but this seems more flexible

Are you asking if you can tighten the bolts on car wheels ? I'm also interested in the strength of the impact driver for that. I usually change the car wheels by hand. And the times done in a garage they are tightened too much . By hand you know exactly how tight they should be .

I have a makita drill lxt hp457dwex2, will batteries from drill fit this ?
