Is this heated in any way any time before/during/after production?

Hi, it's says the following online "Time Organic Acerola Cherry powder uses the finest quality Brazilian organically grown Acerola Cherry and made into a purified extract in a state of the art GMP European processing facility under low temperature water extraction"..... so it is heated, but under low temperature. As to what temperature this is I am not sure but one would hope it was low enough NOT to destroying the nutrients! To be honest, I've now stopped taking all supplements, and believe me I was on a few for some years! They are great if you just need a boost and it will help, but if you have multifaceted health issues, I've found, from experience, they are not the answer on their own or at least they werent for me!. I am not sure of the reasons you are looking into buying this natural supplement, but if it's for chronic illness, then let me know. I am happy to share what I've moved onto now.

Normal food when opened is 1 - 2 days with a Max. 7 days. Powders much longer e.g. weeks to months.

Is it supposed to be full of small/big lumpy bits. And the lumps don’t dissolve when mixed with water

Are these freeze dried? It would be great if the owners could reply.

I buy these and like them as they are high in vit c but I don’t think they are freeze dried as I buy their organic blueberry powder and it’s highlighted as freeze dried. Therefore I think they would print freeze dried if it were as it would add an advantage to the sale of them.
