Sturdy Black Wall Mount for Amazon Echo, Echo Plus, UE Boom and Other Models - Protect and Stabilize Alexa – Designed to Provide Sufficient Distance to Wall Surface - by Wasserstein

I purchased this wall mount to keep my Amazon Echo off the kitchen surface. I consider it to be overpriced and unprofessionally designed/manufactured, for the following reasons:The access aperture at the top does not line up correctly with the support plinth at the bottom; the Echo tries to sit at an angle if aligned at 90 degrees to the aperture. I cured this by bending the device slightly.The Echo sits on, and has the sides supported by, the metal frame. This results in acoustic rattling and buzzing at high volume levels. I cured this by gluing small felt pads to the plinth and to the inner edge of the aperture.The device is supplied with countersunk fixing screws however the holes are not countersunk to match. I cured this by using different screws,It is sprayed a reasonably attractive powder black - but not very well. There are areas where bare metal shows through. Fortunately these are in places that are not too obvious, so I didn't bother curing this.Given that I paid nearly eighteen pounds for this thing, I expected better quality. Disappointed.

This product is really good. Easy to install and it's nice to have the echo on the wall........i only have one bad word to say about it and that is that when I placed my echo into the holder and turned it around to position it properly I noticed a few scratches appear on the front of it. On further investigation I noticed that there was a tiny sharp bit of metal on the inside of the rim of the holder. This is possibly where the metal has been welded together I'm not sure. Anyway I took a bit of sandpaper to it and it seemed to rectify the issue however my echo is still scratched. If it wasn't for this I would've given it 5 stars. Sorry.

Item feels cheap and is. but at the end of the day it does what it says on the tin. Easy to fix to wall and the Echo sits in it.I did add a few pads onto the base so that it didn't get a tinny vibration.Expensive for a cheaply made bit of metal but no other options available.

Great product - does the job just like the pack says.Only downside is the inside needs a bit of cushioning or something to stop the Echo from getting scratched when you place it in the holder because it's a tight fit (which is a good thing).

I wanted to mount my echo on the wall out of the way ,so this item was just what I was looking for .The bracket tilts the echo forward and it does make the echo more responsive I think .The quality looks to be good , you may need to just slightly bend the base to get the echo to sit flat but this is not an issue .Overall I am very happy with this item

Does the intended job nicely, allowing me to mount the echo under my kitchen cupboards.Kept in place with some strong velcro.All in all, happy to recommend! 👍

Does exactly as described - finish could be better. As someone else commented, the ring part could cause damage to the unit if your not careful.

I wanted to move my echo to my bedroom,but lack of space near the plug was preventing that. This holder placed on the wall next to my bedside cabinet is ideal. Brilliant result. I would recommend it,easy to put up and set up.
