Maybe worked, not sure.
Had a Platy that was poorly with white spot. Got this to help treat the tank. The platy died a few days later unfortunately but i continued to treat the water for another week. I've not had any further cases with my other fish so maybe this worked.

Spot on
I was horrified when my fish (neons) came down with white spot. I googled the best treatment and looked on Amazon and followed the reviews for this one and I'm glad i did. After the first treatment the spots were beginning to ease up straight away. You do need to continue the treatment for two weeks (every 48 hours). I was worried as we were on holiday for the second week so i couldn't apply the product for the second week. Gor back from hols expecting my fish to all be dead but the were still just hanging on looking very sorry for themselves. So i continued the treatment for another week and within the week all the spots were gone and my fish were happy swimming around and their colours had returned. All traces of the white spot had gone. I have given my tank and filter a good clean and got a new algae pad and gravel cleaner just to be on the safe side (needed new ones anyway!) but not sure if this was really essential. Some of my tank ornaments and the silicone have been dyed blue but this is fine as long as my fish are ok. I've sonce added more fish too and they are doing fine. As a beginner, I would definitely recommend this product. Make sure to take out the carbon in your filter if you have it and dose correctly (I used just under 3mls for a 27 litre tank).

Got rid of White Spot in my aquarium
I purchased some new black neons for my aquarium and a few days later noticed the dreaded white spots on a few of them. I thought white spot was a death sentence!I dosed this every other day for 14 days, and the spots did not return. Nearly 3 weeks later there are no new outbreaks in my aquarium. I have a bristle nosed pleco in my aquarium so I used only half a dose, but it still worked. I made sure to make an allowance for substrate and decorations in my aquarium before calculating the volume to dose. The instructions on the packaging can be very confusing, on the box it states how much to dose and that it should be used for 14 days (which I assumed to mean daily), but on the bottle it says to dose every 48 hours. Because of this, I did make the mistake of dosing it 2 days in a row once, but it had no adverse affect on my fish. I can also confirm that it doesn't appear to have any adverse affects on snails or plants. It didn't stain anything in my aquarium other than a clear suction cup for a thermometer. However it can stain fabrics and the bottle/pipette drips alot, so be careful when measuring the dose. I got it on my hands a few times and it was difficult to wash off.

Fantastic
This product saved my fish! I noticed very quickly that something was wrong and after only a few days, you could see it was working. After two weeks of use, calm has been restored and I didn’t lose any fish!

Works
Works, but do stick to dose (do not overdose or fish loss(es), less scale fish okay with full dose) and one dose after all clear, plus water change, sucking top substrate for dead eggs, as much as can after 48 hours, also anything that removes it i.e., carbon, purigen, take out before using. Add one more dose 10 days after last dose to be sure, on a water change day (coat not medicate). Fish worse affected by Ich (white spot) will act like last legs, as laying on side, whilst treating, however very likely full recovery.

Mediocre
Seemed very slow to make any sort of improvement to my fish tank community. It didn't fully eradicate the problem, so I reluctantly moved on to use another brand. Also, my fish found the blue liquid to be very stressful when added to the water, and they hid away near the bottom of the tank.
