Mould Remover Foam Spray, Black Mould & Mildew Cleaner, Removes Stains – 500ml

I used this mould remover foam spray on the bathroom tiles and the silicone seal around the bath and I was genuinely impressed by how well it worked. The foam clings to surfaces rather than running off like the normal liquid version does, which makes it perfect for vertical areas and grout lines. Within minutes I could see a different but if left for about half an hour I could see a massive difference with most of the black mould fading away completely and wiping off easily with minimal effort. It left the tiles looking fresh and clean exactly as promised. The scent is quite strong and bleach like, so good ventilation is definitely needed when using it but that’s expected when dealing with something this powerful. It’s also worth remembering that it removes visible mould but won’t solve damp problems, so my advice would be to keep the area dry after using it as that will help the issue. Overall this is one of the most effective mould removers I’ve tried fast, reliable and well worth keeping on hand for problem spots in the bathroom or kitchen so I would highly recommend this!

This stuff is the dogs wotnots for killing mould spores growing in your house. Cold corners, bathrooms and showers etc. Like a lot of houses we have high humidity in our house (kids not closing door when showering) and in cold corners with little air circulation we get mould patches, so need something to treat it every 6 months or so I have used the non-foam version not knowing this was available, and it tends to get rid of most of the mould, but this works just a bit better; you spray it on a wall and it hangs a bit better where its been sprayed so seems to eradicate more mould. In terms of the spray itself, wear gloves; this is pretty nasty stuff and smells very toxic indeed... it made me cough a few times. I would recommend spraying first thing in morning, ventilating the room and keeping the door closed so it doesnt get breathed in. Spray it on, wipe excess off immediately then leave for few hours. Wash it all off properly. Repeat again. I sprayed this behind my bath taps where some moudl that I couldnt get to with a brush was appearing and within a few hours it was spotless white. I also sprayed it on some stubborn mould growing in the shower sealant and it was gone after 2 applications. Saved me resealing the shower as I tend to have to every 12-18 months. I also pre-emptively sprayed it on a corner of one of the bedrooms... then wiped it to thin it out a bit and left it for a day to dry and for the smell to go... mainly as an active barrier there and so far its kept that corner mould free. It did however eat into the (waterproof) yellow paint on our walls revealing the white undercoat so just take care on bright decor. This is strong stuff.

Incredible! Works like magic. Got rid off majority of marks from years and years ago. Strong smell, make sure to keep a window open during & after spraying.

So I have a history with bathroom mould and after a lot of reading I knew that once it was actually IN the sealant it needed to be replaced really because no amount of scrubbing will remove it as it penetrates the sealant properly, unlike grout. So this foam is amazing for two reasons - firstly it actually does work on sealant and secondly the ease of grout mould removal is second to none. When I say it works on sealant I don't think it actually is removing the mould. That isn't possible. I believe it is bleaching the colour of the mould. The reason I say this is because it doesn't work from one go. On the first spray it merely lightened the colour of the mould and I noticed that with each application it became lighter and lighter until eventually it was just like new sealant. I sprayed some on whenever I went to the loo until it didn't need it. For the record my sealant was jet black from me purely being lazy and now it looks like a brand new bathroom. I wish I'd have taken before pics but I genuinely didn't believe it was going to work. In terms of grout I've never struggled to find a product to remove mould from grout but I will say this is the easiest product for it. You don't even have to touch it to scrub it off or anything. The first time I ever opened this bottle I sprayed it all over my grout. As I was in the middle of this my food delivery came so I was downstairs for about 20 mins unpacking everything away. I came back upstairs to carry on spraying the mould on the grout and I couldn't see where I was spraying - the mould had literally disappeared. I was totally shocked at how quickly and effectively it had worked without me even going over it with a cloth. I am so not into cleaning. My house is quite frankly something I'm ashamed off (depression if you know you know) but I haven't shut up about this spray to people and they are confused why I'm suddenly so passionate about a cleaning product haha. But yeah I will be sticking with this without a doubt.

I thought it was just going to be another "mould spray" that did precisely nothing but after spraying my bathroom, every bit of mould was gone. Even the the thicker black mould that would not come off had disappeared! Your eyes will sting/burn and your lungs will suffer if you don't wear a mask and eye protection but it's worth it for the results! Just spray it, leave it and scrub/wipe it. Keep the room super ventilated! 100% will buy again as it's the only thing that's ever worked :)

Works ok

HG mould remover is a very useful product, but be careful which seller you buy it from. Some sellers on here are charging around £10 for a single 500ml bottle, which is far too much. Check the seller details and, if possible, buy directly from HG or an official supplier at the normal price. The product is good—the issue is simply that some third-party sellers appear to be charging much more than others. It’s worth comparing the options before placing your order.

Sprayed it on mouldy areas, it was cleared out in about 15 minutes. The smell of bleach is strong though but important is it gets the job done without the need of scrubbing mouldy tiles. 5 stars for this product!

Dopo aver provato diverse soluzioni, leggendo delle recensioni positive ho provato questo! E in assoluto confermo quanto letto Sbianca all istante la parte colpita dalla muffa o dall' umidità usato anche su parete verniciata di grigio non ha rovinato la tinteggiatura ma ha fatto il suo dovere, ovviamente è una soluzione temporanea io a distanza di 5/6 mesi lo rispruzzo, ma l effetto è immediato ovviamente il forte odore persiste per ore io di solito lo uso la mattina prima di uscire e lascio arieggiare la casa e al mio ritorno è quasi esaurito del tutto
