Hi Edward, Yes you can use Showroom shine on alloy wheels, due to the product being of a wax content we would advise applying in small area's working you way around each wheel to avoid spraying in those hard to reach areas.

My blue painted boat has a whitish bloom - will this bring back to bright blue with electric polisher?

No it will not realy work on that, you are better off using a colour restorer then going over with a good polish
