Amazing!!! Compatible and using it for FIIDO C11 PRO E-Bike
Extremely good!!! I bought it for my FIIDO C11PRO, as the original charger blew in a couple of weeks of use!! I was desperate as I saw myself with a ยฃ900 Electric Bike and No Charger! I was afraid it wouldn't be safe to use a charger not from the original manufacturer, but the original was really CRAP!! So, I checked the Specs details and bought this charger.I like the ventilation system, which keeps the charger cool, though it's a bit noisy. It stops when the charge is full (the red light changes into green). So, even if you forget it on, it will stop charging when the battery is full. I am extremely happy and I recommend it very much.

great value for money
charges my 48v battery quite fast and is a really good charger. has a in-built fan to cool the charger down so it doesn't overheat and once your battery is fully charged the charger shows and green light and stops charging.

Ebike charger
Seems ok it charged my ebike battery has a built in fan and turned off when it charged always make sure the item meets you battery requirements

Poor Quality
I have had this Product for only 3 months .But I accidentally knocked it today and it wonโt work .Very upset as I paid a quite a lot for it and the charge on the battery did not last as long as the original charger .Poor product for me.

Works well.
I bought this to replace the one which came with my e-bike. I managed to damage that, but it means I can compare the two. Original worked well, but did get very warm. The Labtec one also works very well, and appears to be well made. However, it has one big advantage. It has a cooling fan built in. It only gets slightly warm, which should mean the electronics will last longer. It takes the same time to charge, so it produces the same power as the original charger. Red light and cooling fan on while charging, green light and fan off when finished. Simple.
