I use gelatine leaves for cooking and this is a reliable product...good size too

I use a lot of this
I love making no sugar jellies with whisky(if there is any left) these are really easy to use and set really well. I also use them to set a lemon cheesecake. They dissolve quicker than jelly cubes so no stirring for ages!
