Can this be used in the shower?

I wouldn't use this in the shower, even in normal use water gets inside after a while. Mine stopped working after 3 months and when I opened it up it was full of water after cleaning and drying it only worked for a further week so it is now gathering dust in a cupboard.

Can the rechargeable battery be replaced?

My flosser is not battery operated - it is rechargeable through electricity!

Mine won’t now hold a charge. Does that mean I have to,throw away?

i would contact waterpik mine still holds a charge but I only brought mine in june this year see what they say yours may still be under warranty
