Q: I need to fill a gap between window and plaster, it’s less than a cm but runs the whole length of seal. Would this be suitable?

The foam expands far too much for a small gap like that, excellent for larger jobs, i used it for a large gap between an outside wall and fence post.

Q: Can I use this to secure a washing rotary in the ground?

I'm guessing not this specific one but there are other foams that are specifically designed to do just that so you were not off thinking about foam. There is definitely one in Wickes called Postsaver Pro-set Rapid Set Lightweight Post Fix Resin Foam - 1.25kg

Q: Would this stop water getting into my garage ie rainwater under the door?

No, it's expanding foam. It fills gaps and holes with a sticky foam that then hardens to a waterproof barrier made of the same stuff that is used for packing in amazon deliverys. It has no real structure strength so if you stepped on it , or drove a car over it, it would break. It has no flexibility and woul glue the doors shut. It would stop leaks in gaps I.e. between a flat roof and a wall.
