I love the Better You range, and this is my go-to brand for magnesium flakes. I used to use their magnesium spray but find a bath much more enjoyable and less sticky/oily than the spray. I do work out a lot, and find that this is great for not only soothing tired, achey muscles but replenishing electrolytes lost from sweat - I drink electrolytes during an endurance workout, but it's nice to have a magnesium bath also. It smells quite neutral but creates a lovely steamy bath with plain, hot water. Combined with my massage gun, I'm recovering better from workouts and I'm sleeping better on days I have a magnesium bath. Arrived on time. This is my go to for a relaxing bath whilst I’m reading or soak in the foot spa whilst I’m watching TV. Leaves the skin feeling sooo soft and smooth, plus helps you achieve a great nights rest afterward. A lil goes a long way. I buy it frequently and would recommend.

As part of our post workout therapies, as well as other needs, we like to soak our feet or bodies in dissolved magnesium flakes to aid recovery and aid replenishing stores of depleted magnesium which often isn't replaced entirely through our diets. Due to demanding lives and fitness regimes we also put ourselves under a lot of stress which using magnesium helps relax us as well as provide better nights of sleep/rest. We made the switch from Epsom salts quite sometime and have never looked back. As this is Magnesium chloride hexahydrate its the better quality magnesium which makes it very effective in spray or soaking use. We also like to make our own magnessium spray where we mix approx one cup of flakes with one cup of cooled boiled water and have this available in a spray bottle. Given the large amount required when putting it directly in to a bath this tub gives roughly 4 servings or about 6 if just soaking feet in less water. To get the most out the tub we like to make our own spray which we apply in the evening all over and our forearms during the day when possible. The spray does have a little sting but this soon wears off. In terms of effectiveness it works wonders as part of our post workout recovery therapy.

Good quality

I unfortunately have ehlers danlos syndrome which is hell for my body and causes a lot of pain and fatigue. I can’t remember what if feels like to not be in pain and not feel like I’m fighting anesthetic yet still unable to sleep, then even if I do sleep I feel no different and like I haven’t. I was recommended magnesium flakes and in honest truth after using Epsom salt didn’t have much hope for it actually helping seen as Epsom salts did absolutely nothing. I ended up just putting a few handfuls in the bath and laying in there. Confess I can spend a long time in bath just trying to melt my muscles so was usual long soak and even topping the bath up with hot water. My muscles are constantly in need of massage thanks to Eds, I have constant pain and muscle spasms throughout my body that get so bad it forces my joints to dislocate with the spasms. as well as pain from dislocations, the damage they do and any thing else that’s happened that day . After a long soak in the bath I went to bed and actually struggled to stay awake. I Ended up falling asleep when I put my daughter to bed, then waking up was rather a surprise especially waking up feeling like I had actually slept. Confess for once I didn’t want to wake up where I’m use to waking up and instantly feeling like I’ve been hit by a bus from pain. This is definitely worth the buy, I do have a spray also although different brand and not so sure about that it’s definitely not as good as the bath or maybe that product isn’t as good as this one. Using this has helped me and does give relief Both from pain and for sleep issues.

i have fibromyalgia and me. these are my saviour for my poor body. i mix them with epsom salts or just with a good descent amount of bubble bath. i always feel much lighter after a good soak in these. i now have them subscription. these are just the thing for my poorly muscles. always delivered intact!

Excellent buy and it does work

I suffer from body aches and leg pain. Once I started using these bath flakes I have noticed a huge difference as the pain wasn’t as frequent as they had been. Also it has left my skin feeling smooth and my body pain free

We bought this salt for a long time when my child had some sleep difficulties and a few health-related issues. I feel that it helped as part of our overall routine. It seemed to calm him during bath time, and I noticed that he fell asleep more easily afterward. At one time we used it almost every day, and now we use it only occasionally, about once a week. Since those problems have improved, we do not need it as often anymore, but we still really like this bath salt and are very happy with it. Btw I used it with magnesium cream for good night for babies or kids
