This has really helped. I have started with 10 sprays and I will increase that soon as I think the box says 20 sprays is recommended dose. I spray it on the soles of my feet and if there’s excess just up on my legs. I use a Garmin watch and my sleep score has improved from being in the 60s to 85! Feel better in the mornings. Smell is nice too. Does make me a bit itchy where applied but that should stop with more use. It does leave a residue on your skin but I wouldn’t say it’s sticky. I have started to apply it with a disposable glove on my hand (that way I don’t have to get out of bed to wash my hand plus I’d get the product on the carpet). Going to keep using. Impressed.

I got this for my mum who has a lot of different health issues. I made a point not to tell her what I thought it might help with and asked her to let me know if she noticed any improvements. She has reported some improvement in her back pain and also less problems with acid reflux. I wasn't sure whether she would continue to use it, but it looks like she is convinced it is helping her. I also use the ordinary 'day' version and both my mum and I did experience a rash on one occasion. My rash was very itchy and burned. I avoided reapplying on the same area for a week or so and haven't had any serious reaction since - although I do occasionally get some discomfort and I don't have particularly sensitive skin. To anyone who does get a rash, I would say you should just reduce the dose and avoid the area for a while, but your tolerance should improve with use.

I've had Restless Leg Syndrome for over thirty years. I once thought I'd discovered the 'cure' when prescribed Ferrous Sulphate by my doctor for another condition. I was mostly Restless Leg free for some years until I thought I had discovered an even better 'cure'. I realised that I only seemed to get Restless Legs, whenever I ate anything sweet (a biscuit, chocolate, Corn Flakes) within three or four hours of going to bed. If is didn't eat anything sweet, I didn't get the Restless Legs, if I did eat a biscuit or whatever, I would be awake until 4am before managing to get off to sleep. For some reason, over this past couple of weeks, I'm having Restless Legs most nights regardless of what I'm eating (I am on a variety of prescribed pills though). I have found that the Magnesium Oil Spray has helped. I can't say it has worked 100% for me but, for anyone who suffers from this most awful of conditions, even a slight respite is better than nothing. I'd does sting my legs when I first put it on but then the skin on my legs is very dry and flaky. It is also very oily so pyjama trousers, with a cuff to hold the legs down, would be a good option to prevent the sheets getting covered in oil. I hope the Iron (Ferrous Sulphate) or the limiting chocolate intake (it could be just sugar, or a combination of things, that's in all the items I mentioned above that cased it for me) helps at least one other person because I know how soul destroying and misunderstood the condition can be. People who have never been kept awake night after night and, at the same time, been exhausted by the sheer effort of legs and arms flailing about uncontrollably, have no idea how bad this condition can be for some.

What can I say, wow! I suffer from the lack of sleep due to many factors. I've been using other products in this range for around a month now and they help my pain from RA and the muscle cramps I get from a dvt I've had since the beginning of the year. This product worked amazingly for me for a month. But now it's not as effective unfortunately. I've gradually upped my dose (around 16 sprays, full dose is 20) and it doesn't work as well. I have a bad night then wake up feeling very groggy and like I've taken a sleeping tablet. Also, I spray it on my feet and my feet are now like sandpaper, no exaggeration! You need a good moisturiser, I recommend lanolin for this.

This oil has performed something of a miracle. Early days, but if it continues we've had practically a medical breakthrough. My wife had her thyroid out about 8 years ago during which they damaged her parathyroid so badly she has to take calcium supplements to maintain normal nerve function and bone density etc. Another side effect (we believe) is that she has been suffering muscular pain and cramp which has gradually grown worse over the years. To the point where here legs, shoulders and lately arms are permanently flexed. By which I mean they are pumped up like she's been weight training 24/7. This causes her massive levels of pain. She has been taking a lot of medication and also had operations to kill nerves off in her spine to alleviate some of the worst of it. We have held the theory that this has all been down to magnesium issues for years. Blood tests show it's low but they refuse to take tissue levels (which are a very different thing). During her second pregnancy she had a magnesium infusion due to how low it had gotten and the difference it made was profound. So we have long harboured the belief that magnesium was involved - the various doctors involved in the on-going battle to work this out all just nod and ignore us. Anyway my wife's sister was recommended this spray by Holland and Barrett (for almost £10 more than it sells for here) for her restless leg issue (another thyroid operation victim). In her case 15 minutes in and the leg stopped jumping, three weeks later and the symptoms have just stopped entirely. So we had our Sunday lunch, and by this stage my wife can barely lift a fork with her right arm, the muscles are so weakened by the continual cramp that she can't physically even press the spray lid down with that hand, we put three or four sprays on the muscles of her upper arm. 10 minutes later (and I'm not exaggerating here) she has lost the pain in her upper muscles and her hand is starting to function. By the time we get home she's in tears at the difference it's made. She then gets the first proper nights sleep she's had in months and her arm is almost back to normal. I took delivery of this and the Original version yesterday and we applied it pretty much from head to toe and now her legs and shoulders are showing some signs of loosening up - they have been like this for years so the effect is less immediate but it is definitely happening. I know there is no such thing, but the word Miracle springs to mind. Never seen anything like it and the mind boggles as to how so little of anything put on the skin can have such an effect... Only wish we'd found it 8 years ago - amazing. I will add to this review as we progress. Just hoping this isn't something that will initially work and then become less effective over time - false hope and all that
