Not 2" but it's good enough.
It's probably 1.5 inches, not 2 but whatever it was cheaper than all the rest, doesn't reek of plastic fumes and it's comfortable.

Perfect to replace foam in pet beds.
These are great for a great price. I have a house full of animals, some with special medical needs. I use these to replace the foam in my dog beds. I have the very pricy white fur ones, which I have several covers for, but buying this and cutting it to fit the covers when new padding is needed is way more economical than buying new padding from the original dog bed manufacturer. Then, I cut up the excess into smaller ice cube-sized pieces to fill my cat beds.

Great mattress topper
It feels great. I needed something mediumFirm due to my back problems. This mattress topper is at the exact firmness. If you have lower back problems, this might work for you too.

Zero thickness to it.
A-Abs-Absolutely NOT!!!. I purchased this 2 months ago and got an appropriate 1 inch thick egg crate foam. I needed to purchase a second one for more surface area and what arrived this time was the thickness of about 3 pieces of paper. This is not going to protect anything.

Just ok
The material does not meet my expectations. I anticipated it would be similar to the memory foam on my bed. However, it more closely resembles a hospital-grade egg crate material. It is slightly tougher and firmer than expected. The material does not conform to the body, but rather provides a firm, unyielding surface. I purchased a low-profile couch that is somewhat uncomfortable, hoping this material would provide additional cushioning and comfort on the bottom,but its a no go. I can use it on a air mattress or the floor for the grand children,hope they come back.if firm is what you want,then its for you.5 stars because it is a foam that won't tear easily.

3” topper is not 3” and too firm
We ordered a queen 3” medium -firm topper for our daughter’s apartment. It arrived vacuum packed and once we opened it, we allowed it to “breathe” for 72 hours while we moved our daughter in. It never reached 3”, more like 2” and it is like a rock. It is similar to sleeping on her floor. We even put a plush quilted mattress cover over it but it’s still feels solid. Not much give. Not sure if it’s due to the firm mattress she was given in the student rental furniture package, but we had a different brand of topper for years on a similar twin student bed and it was definitely 3” of poly foam and much more comfortable. We would have bought that again if it wasn’t currently unavailable. We thought this brand was similar and it was one of the few that wasn’t memory foam which she doesn’t like, but it’s just too solid and there is no way to get it back in the packaging to return.
