Ashwagandha – Amazing and Authentic (2 words i thought i would never put together) I have been looking for a organic Ashwagandha supplement for some time, I stumbled on this on decided to give it a try. Just a FYI I dont usually review products unless I think they may do some good for me or someone else, at the end of the day just my opinion. First off Packaging: Unlike other supplements I have purchased online, this feels like a very premium supplement comes in a lovely box and with a nice design. The bottle itself is made of glass which means the supplier are taking health concerns into consideration (Some plastic bottles contain Bisphenol A, or BPA) Product: Quick overview as to why i bought this product from the hundreds of Ashwagandha supplements products online. So...The product is Manufactured in state of the art GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) facilities and independently tested by third-party laboratories at multiple stages of there production process. The product uses proven ingredients such as - KSM­-66 and is Free from artificial ingredients and preservatives. A natural and organic product that is delivered in the public's eye as having full disclosure on everything that goes inside the product. Which is refreshing to see this amount of thought and honesty being pushed out there for a change please keep it up TRUE VEDA as its great for us customers but also a great selling point for yourselves. My experience: From what I can tell this really works, didn't know how much this helped with sleep also as i originally bought this because it reduces cortisol levels and I thought this will help with my central nervous system fatigue. I usually take a very high amount of caffeine which keeps me in the zone but after taking this i felt slowed down dramatically but it didn't stop me from working i was just calmer and my thoughts were more controlled. And i had more power over my sleep, because of high amounts of caffeine it messes with my sleep patterns and my stomach but after taking the Ashwagandha it was easy not only easy to sleep but i could decide when to lay my head for rest. I have been taking this for a full week every day, and have noticed more about this what this product does to me Pros: Helps with stress and my thinking is clearer. (even without the caffeine, yes i tried with and without) I overall feel very happy for no reason at all (Which may be useful for people struggling with depression) Great packaging and delivery (no hiccups) 60 caps in a bottle which means this should easily last a month Organic Product with No fillers or preservatives Good value for money For every purchase made the company will donate a meal to a child in India via the Akshaya Patra Foundation. Cons: May not be suitable with people with a sensitive stomach or heavy leaky gut, (I unfortunately do and sometimes this feels too strong for me so ill come off it for one day and then go back on it the next and then im fine again.) Good tablets

I bought this product because I have an underactive thyroid and severe fatigue problems and related anxiety. I also suffer from MS and have fatigue from that, chronic fatigue syndrome and my very active near 3 year old son. Pretty much everything claiming to help with fatigue I have bought and it hasn't helped me. I sleep at every opportunity and my hobbies/ interests have gone at the mo. I took this product, which arrived very promptly, every day, and when it was finished I decided it was too expensive to continue. My mistake, I have noticed I am definitely more anxious and fatigued. I had felt a little better energy wise whilst taking it, and my anxiety levels were much better. The seller sent an email asking for a review saying that they considered anything less than 5 stars a failure. Five stars is a big ask from me though, four stars is doing well. I am just about to re order. Yes, it did seem to help with fatigue a bit, and anxiety a lot.

The first day I took it I noticed how calm it made me feel. Definitely calmed my racing thoughts and mind. I take it when I go to work. It really helps me feel calm and definitely less stressed or anxious. I have been taking it for two weeks now. I feel relaxed when going to bed, I can’t say yet that I sleep well. Maybe that will come gradually. Definitely going to order several more bottles. I have been taking 1 tablet in the morning and the second in the evening.
