does this come with a warranty or guarantee?

Mine cracked in less than 11 months - check one star reviews with photographs.
This product is in 3 parts: the bag, the grey part which bolts to onto a black base. A pole at the base of the bag slots into a hole on the grey part. See Youtube videos of the product.
The grey part at the base of the bag bolts onto the black base (filled with water / sand).
When you punch the bag, the grey part transmits the force to the black plastic base.
To be slightly technical, the force pushes one side of the base downwards and pulls the side nearest to you upwards.
The black plastic base is not strong enough to sustain the twisting action resulting from this force and it fractures as in my photograph - see one star reviews.
Some buyers have reported failures in as little as one day. See identical problems in the one-star reviews with the same problem and photographs.
This is a design fault and I would not buy this product.
Mine failed in 10 months and 3 weeks. GallantSports has refused to accept any responsibility, even though in my view the goods are not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
GallantSports has informed me that they "can't process ANY refund or return request" after a 28 day period, apparently even for faulty goods. This is against your statutory rights. There also appears to be NO WARRANTY with this product, otherwise GallantSports would have offered to repair or replace the item; they simply emailed to say "there is nothing we can do". They also stated that they have to treat all of their customers in the same way...
I am now in the process of raising a court action against this seller as I am not prepared to accept this kind of after sales "service". But it is aggravation I could do without.
Be aware that you can't claim aginst your credit card provider as the payment was routed through Amazon.
You also cannot claim through Amazon's A to Z guarantee after 180 days.
I think you can work out what my recommendation would be regarding both this product and this company.

Is this suitable for kicking? Or is it too hard/will it move too much?

The rubber attachment to the base is weak and does not hold the bag up straight. It's not suitable for much.

When the base is filled with sand, is it too heavy for a bedroom floor?

Wy too heavy for upstairs. It needs a solid ground, idealy concrete or slb work. I have it on the garden slabs.

Question 4

Is this mainly for boxing or martial arts?

Well, they label it as for both in their advertising. I personally bought it with kicking primarily in mind, but I can't see why it can't be for boxing too.  I've certainly been punching it as well as kicking.
