It is supposed to help with reducing all facial lines but also states that you should drink plenty of water daily so I think that also plays a part!

Have looked at the ingredients and under cautions it says not suitable for vegetarians.it also says under allergic advice contains source of fish but you could guess that by the word marine on the front of box.
