This henna (mehandi) powder contains henna (mehandi) which conditions hair, besides being an excellent colorant. Brahmi which promotes the hair growth. Nupur mehendi is a specially selected variety which contains maximum % of laws one (coloring matter) and a good amount of polysaccharides (conditioning). This gives very good color intensity on hands & hair. Directions Mix the henna powder with warm water or tea to form a smooth paste. Apply paste evenly on hair, covering all areas. I also had tingling legs mainly the calf area, blurry vision, this all woke me out of my sleep. I am healthy. But this continued for about three weeks after. I now know its the nupur after just mixing a batch two months later and waking up with the same symptoms. This is not to put sny one off as we are all different I just wanted to make you aware if this has / does occur to anyone. My hair was beautiful after the first use.
