I normally use silicone moulds but have recently made some chocolate tools using plastic moulds and was really impressed at how easily chocolates were released. I decided to invest in polycarbonate moulds and this one was a bit cheaper than others. I don’t know what the issue is but it was impossible to remove the ready chocolates from the mould. The mould is very stiff so it’s not possible to twist it slightly the way you’d do with an ice cube tray. No amount of tapping helped. I tried to even warm it up gently to release the chocolates but it didn’t help either. In the end we tried to use a knife to individually push them out, but we weren’t successful. In the end they got eaten with a spoon, like a soft boiled egg! I won’t be using them again - total waste of ingredients. Don’t recommend.

Usato per fare i cioccolatini che sono risultati più piccoli di quanto immaginassi, ma ho potuto comunque farcirli. HO avuto difficoltà nello sformarli, molti addirittura non si sono staccati, ma ciò dipende dal temperaggio. Dovrò fare molti esercizi..........

Aussi efficace que les plaques precdent Achetées en boutiques spécialisées mais 3x plus chères....
