Large Pawz Durable All Weather Dog Boots (12 boots)

Fantastic paw protectors! Our dog uses a wheel-support-frame as he is partially paralysed on his hind legs which he often drags a bit so using the PAWZ slippers has really helped him from getting sore paws! They last even on rough terrain for quite a while and do not slip off like many of the other dog 'shoes' that we have tried on him (we have tried several types and brands but all of them either slipped off completely or moved and made walking uncomfortable) - PAWZ offers a lovely snug fit just above the paws but leaves a roomy area around the paws and does not slip off or move down! Also keeps paws dry and clean. When the slippers get dirty either rinse them in the sink with soap and warm water, or wash in machine on a low temperature setting.Can highly recommend this product! In my case I bought PAWZ- slippers slightly larger as they keep longer than if the fit is same size as paws.

I have mixed feelings about this product Yes they will keep a bandaged paw dry but the tops are so tight they are in my opinion dangerous as they will cut off the blood circulation if left on for long periods of time due to the tops being so tight I had to cut a small slit in the tops to get them on my staffies bandaged paw and even then would not leave them on for more than half an hour through fear of restrictions on the blood supply The idea is good but the design is flawed I only give the one star as they do keep my dogs bandaged paw dry but I would only recommend being used in extreme emergencies Update I have just shown these to my vet who agreed that these are extremely dangerous and should not be used under any circumstances I would change to a zero star rating if I could These should be removed from sale until the design flaw is fixed

These were bought to protect my Greyhounds foot while a cut pad healed. The point was to keep his paw clean and dry whilst out in the garden or on a walk. Dogs paws come in all shapes and sizes and greyhound's paws are fairly narrow and long. The large boot was long enough but too wide and flapped around. This wasn't a problem in the garden for a few minutes but for a walk, I wrapped a piece of tape around the boot to gather in the excess boot. The only difficult thing with these is getting them on the dogs foot as the neck is fairly narrow and tight. You need two pairs of hands or a very cooperative dog! An applicator like a short piece of plastic tube wide enough to go over the paw and leg might make things easier.Once on, the snug fit around the dogs leg means they don't come off. Greyhounds legs are very thin but for a dog with a thicker leg i'd be concerned they might be too tight.They are very durable and have stood up to long walks without splitting or puncturing. On the whole, much better and flexible than more rigid dog boots which in the past i've found completely useless as they rarely fit properly and really do restrict the dogs movement.

My Vizsla cut her paw pad while being silly in the field. It wasn’t bad enough to need vet attention but did need some home care and to be kept dry and clean. I bought these for her walks as the path can be muddy and gravelly. I was so impressed at how thick the material is, and therefore how durable they are. They stay on well and she didn’t seem fussed by them, which tells me they weren’t uncomfortable. The sizing provided was spot on. It is easier to put on with two people, with one opening the neck of the ‘balloon’ and the other guiding the paw in, but I got used to it and ended up managing it alone. They lasted entire walks intact, and she even walked into the canal fully submerging the sock and remained completely dry. They are disposable so had low expectations but I am impressed at the durability. Would buy again.

Bought these for our German Shepherd to protect her cut paw. The opening is way too tight! We couldn't return them so in the end decided to cut the opening to make it much bigger and more comfortable for our dog and only use them for toilet breaks in the garden and use a protective boot on walks. The rubber itself is strong and good quality but definitely needs adapting.

My large working cocker had a minor paw opperation and his bandages need to be kept dry for 5 days! His bandaged paw measures 4 ins across at its widest, so thinking of the bandaged leg, I ordered large. It fitted perfectly and after a walk on both tarmac and wet grass, there was no damage to the rubber paw cover, and the bandage was bone dry. Once fitted, my dog readily accepted the cover and was able to run and play as usual. (No digging of course!) The paw cover looks like a strong deflated ballon. It is easy to get on and off, stretching the neck of the cover each time. I’m very impressed and pleased. (In the pic you can see the paw cover on top of a larger purple bandage.)

Dangerously tight at the top. This is essentially a thick balloon, it certainly kept my dogs paw protected and the material is top quality however the opening (what would be the opening of the balloon) is far too small / tight, making it difficult to put on and worryingly, to leave on as it must cut the circulation and really hurt the dog.

My 13 year old Husky girl loves these boots! Sadly, she drags her paws across the pavement and makes them bleed - although we mostly walk in the woods or choose parks with loads of grass to explore, we do need to cross roads or walk on hard surfaces - these rubber boots are amazing for this purpose, I can clearly see how comfortable and pain free my dog is wearing them. The material is strong and so far we've not had any wear and tear marks. I did however have to make a little side slit off the top as it felt a bit too tight, but the boots still stay on and they don't cut off the blood circulation. Very happy with the product!

Enfin un bon produit !! J' ai commandé ce produit pour mes chihuahuas , l' hiver marcher sur le sol gelé n' est pas agréable pour leurs petites pattes mon mâle avait des difficultés à marcher au bout de 5mn il demandait à être porté j' ai essayé ces petite protections elles s adaptent très bien et n' occasionne aucune gêne pour la marche Facile à mette et solide ...

El material es bueno y mi perro no se derrapa incluso caminando sobre piso con loseta, el gran problema que tienen es que el orificio para meter las patitas es muy pequeño a pesar de haber comprado el tamaño grande. De inicio mi perro ni se movía después de ponérselas, lo que se tuvo que hacer fue hacer un pequeño corte en la orilla y con esto se redujo la presión en la pata sin que le quedaran muy flojas, el corte debe ser preciso porque si no la botita ya no sirve. También se debe tener cuidado de cuanto tiempo se les dejan puestas porque al ser de goma si la temperatura es alta les sudan las patas.

Protéger les pattes de mon chien. Après 10min de marché, ils étaient déchirés.

Pedí una talla superior a la recomendada por el fabricante para un bichón maltés y ha sido imposible ponerle estas fundas. En cuanto a la calidad del producto, es incuestionable pero el tema de las tallas está muy mal especificado.
