Great taste and texture. An excellent product to help support one’s microbione.

This is a great product, especially as it is organic and is in brine rather than vinegar which defeats the object of introducing beneficial gut bacteria. However, the reason for not awarding it five start is that it is very watery. It is not generous with cabbage content. Barely provides three servings.

Product is awesome, has a lovely fresh taste and the juniper gives a little zingy kick. It's not crunchy not hard to chew as its got a more stewed kind of texture and is finely grated. Has been easy on my digestion and helped my IBS, despite not having the raw cultures or probiotics of other brands. I could never tolerate normal cabbage, ever. Problem comes from the poor packaging as others have said - its was sent in 3 layers of bubble wrap and an outer plastic bad. Glass jars! 3 of the 6 came broken, smashed into pieces, so all the wet juice was all over the parcel and my carpet. Amazon refunded instantly and have agreed to forward my concerns to the manufacturer for products to come boxed. You're protected by Amazon customer service (which is great!) but if you need this for an event or certain day, be careful.

This is delicious and in not so big jars, just enough for my cooking. Sadly 2 jars were not sealed and some juice came out from one of them. But I will use them anyway . After all this is fermented cabbage, therefore the quality will not be affected on short time. I would be interested to know where was this sauerkraut produced.

My family love this product! I bought them all jars for christmas. It is such good value for money as it comes in a pack of 6. The jars are a nice size for storing on the fridge door. It is also such a wonderful food to take in the winter with salads or just have a spoonful before a meal to help with digestion. I love this product!!

This stuff is pasteurised so it doesn’t have live cultures. I don’t see the point in eating sauerkraut if it doesn’t give you this benefit. I’m really disappointed that the blurb doesn’t make this clear. For me it’s a waste of money

The taste is great, but the jars are small, so not great value.
