Infrared heat is not like radiant heat, you will not feel heat coming from the head (although it might warm up slightly when in use). The infrared penetrates the body and warms up the tissue, but unlike radiated heat you will not feel the body part becoming hot, but you might feel it warming up. Just Google Infrared Heat for more information. So although I do not get a warm glow on my body, it does help with my pain. The manufacturer is not helping themselves by producing a poor instruction booklet.
Review: massager - little disappointed..it is quiet light in weight...thats ok if you dont wont to hanging on to a heavy professional..yes it does what it says viborats ...the infra red heat is weak it does not get warm very quickly....but overall you get a pleasant massage...one advantage you get a nice look handle..ideal to get down the back spine...arrived on time ...well packed for delivery...myself i could have done with a little stronger one ...8/10

I suspect this is being return in error by a lot of people. Infrared heat is not like radiant heat, you will not feel heat coming from the head (although it might warm up slightly when in use). The infrared penetrates the body and warms up the tissue, but unlike radiated heat you will not feel the body part becoming hot, but you might feel it warming up. Just Google Infrared Heat for more information. So although I do not get a warm glow on my body, it does help with my pain. The manufacturer is not helping themselves by producing a poor instruction booklet.

little disappointed..it is quiet light in weight...thats ok if you dont wont to hanging on to a heavy professional..yes it does what it says viborats ...the infra red heat is weak it does not get warm very quickly....but overall you get a pleasant massage...one advantage you get a nice look handle..ideal to get down the back spine...arrived on time ...well packed for delivery...myself i could have done with a little stronger one ...8/10
