Mat is good quality and has a nice feel and soft. Went well on my wooden floor. Well worth the money

I’ve been using this Core Balance yoga mat for home workouts and stretching, and overall it’s a solid and reliable option. The 6mm thickness strikes a good balance between comfort and stability. It provides enough cushioning for floor exercises, planks, and yoga poses without feeling too soft or unstable. On harder floors, it makes a noticeable difference in comfort. The non-slip surface performs well during use. It offers decent grip for hands and feet, which helps maintain stability during stretches and bodyweight exercises. It also stays in place fairly well on the floor without sliding around. It rolls out easily and is lightweight enough to move around or store away without hassle. After a bit of use, it settles flat nicely rather than curling at the edges. The main limitation is size — while it’s fine for most standard exercises, it could feel a bit narrow or short depending on your height or the type of workout you’re doing. It’s also more suited to light-to-moderate workouts rather than very intense, high-impact training. Overall, this is a good-quality, comfortable yoga mat that works well for home fitness, stretching, and general exercise. A practical, no-fuss option that does exactly what it needs to.

Great mat i use this for multiple exercises, aerobics,yoga,plank etc very good grip doesnt slip at all and I like the spongey material, rolls up and out easily aswell

Beautiful colour but tears easily. Even putting on the black strap holder pulled a bit of the mat off. Not great overall, slip on it when sweaty doing things like planks and wearing down quickly. Wouldn't buy again but will do for now.

The mat was a gift and initially it seemed as though the carry strap was missing, but the strap is inside the rolled up mat. Perfect mat.

This is my second mat. It's comfy, light, great for yoga. Comes with it's own strap for storage and carrying. Easy to wipe down after use. The only downfall is it does tear easily.

A little on the thin side (6mm), but still a comfortable mat that is more compact when rolled up than the thicker (9mm) ones. You do get some more width on the mat as well, so that could be useful for certain workouts that need that little bit of extra space. I’ve added a photo so you can see the differences I am talking about between the this mat and the thicker ones. I’m sure those people who like to save some space, and have something less visually-intrusive would definitely prefer the former.
