Flimsy with smooth polymer coating.
Lab coats are flimsy feeling. They might be good for spraying pesticide. But, frequent use it isn't good for.A cotton lab coat would be better for repeat use. Things like GCE/GCSE Sciences.It depends on intention for use, and lifespan. But, it may have functional capacity. "Horses for courses"!

To be honest it was fine for a dress up item
You truly get what you pay for. This is a cheap papery/plasticky lab coat. To be honest it was fine for a dress up item, as it was needed for a themed dress up day for work. If you are looking for something more authentic then I suggest you spend more money to get it.

Did it’s job
I bought this for a Halloween costume as a mad scientist and it did the job. It is kind of a weird light material which now that I’m going back and reading the description it does say “white laminate material” but it was super wrinkly when it arrived so getting the wrinkles out was a pain which is why I rated it 4 stars. Other than that, made for a great costume for the price!
