Zane Mouthwash with Oregano Oil & Mastic Oil, Alcohol & Fluoride Free, 30 ml

This milky white Oregawash is incredibly potent, only 4-5 drops are needed, I like to add it to my Waterpik and also my mouthwash. As you can imagine it tastes yuck, a strong oregano herbal taste and it makes your mouth burn a bit when swishing around. However, you can feel the difference immediately, there is no longer a bad taste an hour after rinsing that I get with mouthwashes, my gums are healthier, tighter, I have less plaque on my teeth. It has made a huge improvement to my oral health and even my dentist has commented on how much cleaner my teeth are. I've never used a product as effective as this and I've tried them all from salt water gargles to clove oil to probiotics to sodium bicarbonate, nothing has shifted the bacteria in such an effective way as these Oregano drops. I am more confident as my breath is staying fresher for much longer. Highly recommended.

I've been battling bad breath for the last six months - possibly even having a fungal infection from a white tongue, etc. I've tried a variety of things to attempt to clear it up from ammoxicilliin, yeast probiotics, mouth washes galore, and even though it's not back to 100%, it's much better with using this product! I started out with only four drops, as another review suggested, then worked my way up to squeezing a gradual amount more into it. I don't use the whole recommended amount, as I want it to last longer, but every little bit helps. I don't notice such a foul flavor in my mouth in the mornings, and my tongue has cleared up some from the white overgrowth. Yes, it's a harsh flavor, yes it burns a little, but you are using oregano, of course it is going to have some harshness to it. It does the job, it's healthy for you, and it's tolerable for the results you are looking for! I highly recommend, and will purchase again. :}

I bought this after having a wisdom tooth removed and wanted something to help heal the extraction site. This stuff is really potent. I've used oregano oil before but this really helped with the healing and while the taste is a bit yuk, my mouth has never felt so clean after using it. It also helped with the pain relief. Would definitely recommend. My only negative, and it's a small one, is extracting the liquid, the instructions say to disperse up to 15 drops into the cup provided but to do this you have to shake it out which at first I ended up shaking it out everywhere other than the cup. I don't know if this is what you should do, but I started shaking the bottle upside down with the cap on and then pouring whatever was left in the top out into the cup which caused less mess. A dropper system would be much better. UPDATE: I've now been using Oregawash for some time now and wanted to update my earlier review to reiterate what a great product this is. I am truly converted to using it instead of other mouthwashes simply because it really does work. Plus the company are brilliant - my last delivery was a little late and had been delivered with underpaid postage. I emailed ZaneHellas late afternoon to ask them to review their postage costs and on the same day received a reply to confirm that a refund had been credited to my account without quibble! Great service, can't recommend them enough. Oh one final comment, the bottles now come with a dipper which makes dispensing the liquid soooo much easier so thank you!

Wow! Very pungent but worth it. No inflammation in mouth. You do have to get used to the taste and it does heat up your mouth but a good product none the less.

After suffering from a severe toothache in a tooth with a filling I swished with the oregawash up to 3x a day or anytime I felt pain for a few days and voila the pain eventually disappeared. I also combined it with the Laila London tooth and gum powder right after using the oregawash and this seemed to work like a treat. The only thing to note is it is quite strong at first to use as their is a slight burning sensation but diluting with water helps to lessen if you cannot tolerate. Still using the two to this day and will not be going back to regular fluoride toothpaste for the forseeable future.

Bought this as an alternative to nasty mouthwashes full of chemicals. This is 100 per cent pure and natural but my goodness it packs a punch! 10 drops in a small 20ml measure of water, 30 second rinse and amazingly clean, fresh breath that lasts and lasts! I am truly astonished. Takes a bit of getting used to a 'herby', slightly medicinal taste rather than a minty one, but I actually find it really pleasant. Beware the first one or two uses because the tip of your tongue will feel like its on fire :D...after you get used to it though, it's fine. This bottle should last ages but I will definitely be ordering more in the future. The price is good and I received it within a few days despite it coming all the way from Greece.

I have tonsil stones and sometimes my throat hurts a lot. Feels like a lump at the back of it. The throat comes and goes. This time I thought I would use the Zane Hella mouth wash to gargle with. I used the full dose pushing the ball at the base of the tube. From the first night I noticed a difference. Used a weaker solution to gargle with the next morning and the full dose at night. I have used this for three days and although the tonsil stones are still there the throat hurt has totally gone. I have used the Zane Hellas toothpaste for ages now and also the straight Oregano Oil and love the products. The taste of the mouthwash is strong but so what, it works and that’s all that matters. The taste doesn’t linger for long. I love Zane Hellas products. Zane Hellas have changed from a pump to drops. The solution is so weak compared to the pump action. I end up putting two dropper fulls into the 20ml of water to get the same effect. I’m having a nasty tonsil stone attack at the moment and the mouthwash really helps with the symptoms.. My other complaint is that Zane Hellas has stopped their toothpaste which I loved and it’s not coming back.

The best thing about this item is the strength it has in eliminating, what I can only assume is bacteria in my mouth because after brushing my teeth and flossing I used to have, after about an hour, a weird taste in my mouth like my mouth wasn't throughly clean no matter how much I brushed or even double brushed. This mouth wash kept my mouth fresh and clean ALL day, even after eating. It's the most fresh it's felt in ages, I use it in a water flosser diluted with 200mls of water as this seems to get the best results and saves using floss string which would irritate my gums. So massive difference and highly recommend. The taste is strong and not great, but is overridden for the freshness of breathe and mouth afterwards for the whole day!
