The product was sent promptly and received the next day with Amazon Prime. The packaging is great, and the product comes as easy to swallow white tablets. I can't say much about the effectiveness of this product in isolation, as I started taking these at the same time as I started taking creatine, BCAA+, probiotics and prebiotics to improve both recovery after exercise (delayed onset muscle soreness) and digestive health. However, the quite severe muscle soreness I used to get for a couple of days after exercise has been absent from the very start of this new regime, and one week later I would say that my digestive system definitely feels better, so unless you are willing to carry out a long term systematic trial, I would definitely recommend taking all of these products together for this particular set of symptoms. Finally, the post-purchase communication from the vendor has been excellent and I get the impression that they would be responsive to any questions or comments that I may have.

For what can be judged of a product of this nature; the bottle and label is well presented - true of most 'bodybuilding' brands and the capsules are good quality and go down well similar to omega 3 or Cod Liver Oil. I can't speak of any changes I've felt, but I'm not meant to feel anything. There are so many factors which reflect in a persons well being and their advancements through exercise, so I can't comment much. It's part of my daily morning vit regime and they will be staying there!

I've tried another brand's glutamine pills (whose name is the same a bullet time box office trilogy) and they tasted horrid. These pills don't taste near as bad, they're smaller (6 a day is the dosage) but easy to swallow. I try to do weight training and a day of cardio a week with a very physical job, these help stop my immune system getting weak from depleted glutamine stores (sniffles) and reduce muscle aches. But most importantly along with eating enough food, they help me keep away from central nervous system fatigue. CNS is when your body detects you have dangerously low fuel and amino acids etc your body requires to be pushed hard, and counteracts by releasing brain chemicals that leave you feeling exhausted for days.

Je pratique la musculation plusieurs fois par semaine et j’ai testé cette glutamine principalement pour améliorer la récupération après les entraînements. Après une quinzaine de jours, j’ai clairement senti une différence sur la fatigue musculaire et surtout moins de sensation de “courbatures longues”. Le format gélules est pratique comparé aux poudres classiques qui ont souvent un goût pas terrible. Ici les capsules se prennent facilement et le dosage est simple à suivre. J’apprécie aussi l’ajout de vitamines D et B12 qui complète bien la formule. Bonne composition, gélules végétariennes et aucun souci digestif de mon côté.

Il flacone contiene 240 capsule e ogni capsula apporta 500mg di L-glutammina, considerando che la dose consigliata è di 3000mg al dì un flacone dura 40gg. Sto assumendo questo integratore da diversi giorni e al momento non ho riscontrato effetti indesiderati, sono di facile assunzione (niente misurino e shaker da utilizzare) e sono insapore. Da quando li sto assumento sento i muscoli meno indolenziti dopo l'attività fisica e mi sento un po' più energico. Aspetto importante è che le capsule sono di natura vegetariana e pertanto è un integratore che chiunque può assumere. Acquisto consigliato a chi svolge attività fisica intensa e vuole sentirsi in forma durante il resto del giorno.

He comprado este bote L-glutamina para mi marido. Tiene sus entrenamientos varias veces a la semana (gimnasio y bici). Después de los entrenamientos se sienta agotado y sus musculos duelen. Pensaba que esto podría ayudarle a recuperarse mejor. El bote es grande de 240 capsulas, pero la dosis diaria son 6 capsulas. Entonces la bote dura 40 días. Las capsulas no son grandes, entonces no requiere mucha agua. Hemos probado estas capsulas durante 40 dias. Mi marido dice que se nota menos agotado en el día siguiente después del entrenamiento. No es algo mágico, pero ayuda tener la recuperación más rapida. No me gusta, que la dosis diaria son tantas capsulas es muy fácil olvidar a tomarlas. Buena opción por el precio comparando con otras marcas estamos contentos y vamos a seguir comprando las mismas. Recomiendo para la gente que entrena duro

Le capsule vegetariane sono comode e non hanno nessun sapore particolare, il che le rende facili da assumere regolarmente senza fastidi. Apprezzo molto che abbiano aggiunto le vitamine D e B12 nella formula. È un ottimo modo per avere un supporto completo anche per il sistema immunitario e per l'energia durante la giornata. Prendendole con costanza, ho notato che i tempi di recupero si sono accorciati e mi sento meno affaticato tra una sessione di palestra e l'altra. Anche se la porzione richiede di assumere diverse capsule, la qualità del prodotto e la completezza degli ingredienti giustificano ampiamente la scelta.
