What exactly are these ten benefits?

I actually really like the smell. It smells like I've come out of the hairdressers, and feels like it too. It makes your hair feel light, smooth and frizz free. I also use it on my Daughter's hair as a detangler.

After shampooing do you use ,your normal conditioner?

yes use your normal conditioner, towel dry the hair, then use the uniq 1. you only need 3 or 4 sprays. a little goes a long way.

My friend has a leave in treatment that is a spray like water. Mine is a white cream .Is this the same product

I have had a problem with this in the past. I believe that the product is made up of both liquid and cream and unless you shake the bottle thoroughly it will not mix to the correct consistency. This is not written in the directions. I did write to the company (but they were unhelpful) as I had been left with just the cream at half way down the bottle which would not come through the spray. Nevertheless this is a good product so keep shaking!
