Good Quality, Perfect for Breads
This is a mix of Gluten + Improver. I have used it only a 2-3 times, but got a very good rise and texture. Pls note that since it has both gluten and improver, you will have to use double the quantity (i.e., 10 gms of Mohan Impex instead of 5 gms of only gluten). While quantity of gluten is as per the recipe, I got best results at 3% for a loaf of bread (only Maida).

Nice product but nearing expiry
Got this product to make bread and soya chaap but the expiry date was near. Got it on heavy discount.

It's not only Gluten but bread improver
As the package mention; that it's' Gluten', but it's not only Gluten. Bread improver is also there in it along with another chemical. Didn't read the ingredients on pack so purchased but disappointed after opening the pack as it was not 'gluten' only.

Its NOT GLUTEN
I wish I could give zero stars. This is not even gluten...my bread usually turns out amazing, n after using this, it did not improve it at all..in fact, my bread completely sank, densed, rubbery. It also had a very bad smell. I am never going to buy any of your products again.
