Since doing so, and trying UltraDex, my gums have settled down, so maybe I was reacting to chlorhexidine? It's still unclear and after attempting to research which mouthwashes have chlorhexidine or not, I think the ambiguity in the guidance provided by a lot of these health product brands is CRIMINAL - regardless, UltraDex has been fine so far and leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh - it's absolutely flavourless, which I like a lot...
